  4. Payment Error Resolution: In the event of a payment error due to service selection mistakes, please create a support ticket titled “Payment Error.” Our support team will promptly review and, if deemed valid, proceed with the refund. For instance, if you intended to purchase a 3-month service but mistakenly paid for a year or less.

  5. Expiry Date Consideration: Refund requests for accounts that have expired more than 7 days ago will not be accepted. Ensure to submit your refund request within the stipulated timeframe.
